I would not recommend going to the gym for a workout within the first 0-48 hours because the tattoo wound is still open, and if you exercise at the gym, bacteria can easily enter the tattoo, causing itching or other issues.I'd recommend waiting at least 48 hours.


2. Can I work out on other parts of my body where I don't have a new tattoo? Yes, however you must keep the tattoo area clean and avoid sweating into the tattoo region since moisture can enter the tattoo wound and bring bacteria with it.


3. I can't skip my workout: If you really want to work out and aren't willing to skip it, even if it's just for a couple of hours developing a new Fitness tattoo, here's a tip: wear loose, non-tight clothing.


4. Before and after your gym activity, make sure your tattoo is clean and moisturized.


5. Am I able to lift large objects? No, take it easy after getting a fresh tattoo and start with a light weight. If you feel strained at the tattoo region during your workout, you should slow down.


6. Can I exercise outside after getting a new tattoo? If you're doing any outdoor activities, such as running, make sure to stay out of the sun. You should also cover your tattoo region because black colors absorb sunlight readily and cause scorching.
