Body-weight squats (45 seconds)

Backward lunges (45 seconds each leg)

Front Squats (45 seconds)

Exercise Blowout (45 seconds)

Rest for a few seconds.


Set 2


Squat Jumps (45 seconds)

leap frogs (45 seconds)

Sliding jumps (45 seconds)

Exercise Blowout (45 seconds)

Five times around the circuit.
