In this instance, though, you won't just gain weight—in addition, you'll build a nice, toned body that you'll be proud to flaunt to others.

However, in order to use this method, you must have a lot of patience, as special training regimens, a healthy diet, and rest are necessary for muscle growth.


Forget the idealistic notion that everything will go perfectly if you go to the gym, grab some tiny dumbbells, or use a stimulator. That is not how it will ever occur.
